Do you like fishing out at sea?

I have never been fishing from a boat out to sea, well I say never but i think i went once many years ago when I was alot younger. I have been on a trawler quite a few times and also been on a potting boat a couple of times. I have never sat out in the deep blue sea with a rod an reel. Fishing with a rod and reel requires alot of patince no? I seem to only enjoy rod fishing when I catch something (like a load of makerel on feathers ha ha), no but seriously its just boring watching,waiting for a bite. I much prefer to go out on a trawler dorp the net, then either watch some tv or go to my bunk for a few hours while some one takes a tow. I no its not really fishing fishing but i like it all the same. Having said that I could easily sit on a bank at the side of a lake with a create of beers an a radio an i would be fine, but if you take away the beer and radio then i couldnt just sit there doing nothing. I no that its peacefull, relaxing and tranqulie but still i have to be doind something. Once I have caught a good size fish eating it is never a problem i like: cod, haddok, bream, sole, bass, trout, makrele (dipped in flour butter an fried) dog fish and my favorite off all is gernard. did i forget salmon? I also love crab meat too, Althogh i never tasted lobster I'm sure i would love it. Shell fish... mussles i cant stand them, my brothers eats them buy the bucket load. enough of my likes an dislikes I am thinking about setting out some trots to see if i can catch me a nice juicey conger ell. yum! thankyou for takin the time to read my article. http://hooklineansinker.co.uk
