If you are looking for a home based Internet opportunity, get ready for some BAD NEWS! Most home based Internet opportunites over promise and under -deliver. Learn how to protect yourself before you go broke. These unrealistic opportunities offer instant riches, over night success, and truckloads of CA$H! Money, Money, Money! What's so great about money? Why do both young and old want it? Do I really have to ask? If you had an opportunity to make a substantial income, would it be worth your while to investigate? What if the opportunity also afforded you the "TIME TO ENJOY IT"? What if the opportunity was RISK FREE? WHOA!...here lies the problem. There are millions of opportunities that ALL make the same offer. How in the world, can one tell the good from the bad. READY OR NOT, HERE IS THE BAD NEWS! It is just about impossible to be able to tell a good opportunity from a bad opportunity. There are no fool proof tests, no sure fire procedures, no definitive way to make that determination. More BAD NEWS...it has been my experience that only a very small percentage of these opportunities have any real value. What are you supposed to do, then? Here are some guide lines regarding home besed Internet opportunities that will save you time, grief , and money. HERE IS WHAT YOU CAN DO! * You have heard this one before...IF it sounds too good to be true, IT IS. LEAVE. * Make use of your search box regarding any and all principals, product, website names, testimonials, etc. find out as much as you can.(make notes, take notes) * DO NOT ACT ON IMPULSE! That is exactly what they want . Think about the offer, sleep on it, and then if you are still interested, do more research. * More research means related forums, chat, blogs, etc. Be careful... specifically regarding the source. i.e You are being informed of how great buying and selling ???(blank) on Ebay is. If the source of your info wants to sell you ???(blank) so you can sell it on Ebay, be cautious. * Whatever the opportunity...if it does not come in BLUE...do not buy it! Just kidding, making sure you are still paying attention. * If there is a support email and/or phone number, try them out to so what happens and how quickly. (Service or support, not SALES) * Look at web site...figure out what word or words would best describe the site. Enter those words into search box. See what the competition has to offer. (twice as much for half the cost?) * Practice some of the procedures that you would engage in, when purchasing any product. Mainly you are trying to determine value. There are free products, tools and downloads that may have more value than what you are considering. * On the other hand, do not talk yourself or scare yourself out of a good opportunity. Give yourself a time frame.... several days to a week to do your research and make your decision. * Look at the warranties or guarantees. None...not good, no matter what the reason. * What does your gut instinct say? If something is not right, get it right, or get gone. * How do you feel about the website...the product...the people. Honest, trustworthy, valuable? If no, LEAVE. * What if it is a one time offer. Let it go. (you really want it though) The plan is that you want it, and they want to make sure that it is NOW! Urgency is the name of the game, and a one time only offer is a great way to create that urgency. Here is what you can do....write down website address that your offer is appearing on . In another window, type in a shorter version of the web address??? for example ...the web address is www.g**ddeal. com/onetimeoffer try www.g**ddeal.com and see what you get.. If there is any contact or email info make note of that and try it in a separate window. The idea is that you really should pass on a one time only offer, but you may find a back door that you can enter later (after you have done the research). To be repetitious...DO NOT ACT ON IMPULSE! * If there is no contact information...LEAVE! * If there is no name...LEAVE! If they will not put their name on it, do not buy it. * We are all likely to fall for a bad opportunity, once in a while. By doing some research, we greatly reduce the risk. IN SUMMARY: Do some comparison shopping, research, try to determine the value, take your time.. Good luck and Joy on your Internet Adventure. Much Success, George Pierce
