Often good health is only a step away yet few ask for it. Unknowingly we allow ourselves to relax into the beliefs and ideas of others never testing those limits. How many times have you heard if you get wet when it is cold you will catch a cold. Or, the flu virus is around you better be careful or you will catch it. Maybe it was this one everyone at work has it I will get it. Or, every year at this time I catch ….. Or, you have a virus there is nothing you can do about it. Or, my father (mother) had …. and I will too. All of these statements and the ideas behind them empower the illness or weakness. It is not that you ever chose to do this but somehow through marketing and the normal exchange of ideas most people have bought into a limited idea of how they heal. Now it is believed the germs have power over our ability to heal. The fact is the only way these things will happen to you is if you go along with it. And the only way you will know if you can be healthier is to test your wellness. Well, I have your test and your cure. So others do not limit your ability to heal I suggest you start by saying this quietly to yourself. Once you have confidence in your own ability you can share this idea with others. Simply say to your self "I give thanks for my good health and my protection from illness". If you are already in an illness process modify it to something like this "I give thanks for the rapid healing that comes to me now". Use your own words and your own images. You can add to it and make it even more powerful by seeing yourself healthy regardless of your exposure or past. Now take just a moment and feel what it would like to know this cycle of illness was gone from you and will never return. Allow that good feeling to penetrate your being and lift your spirits then gracefully release any past illness memories letting them go for all time. Your last step is to in your own words give thanks that you have come into your time of good health.
